I purchased a month of tanning at the recommendation of staff a month prior to an event I hadA week and a bit into the month a sign was posted notifying of days of closure coming up that month for renovationsThis was irritating but I planned to work around itA week later on the day they were suppose to reopen another sign was posted and due to unforeseen issues they will have to remain closed now another days, only a few days before the event I bought the tanning for in the first placeI complained to the company and they suggested I visit another locationI explained that this is not possible as the next closest location is about km awayThey then offered to extend my month by days and then by daysThis is also not beneficial as that extends past the event I was tanning for and would be useless to meI wanted a refund for my month and at the very least a partial refund as I only used a small portion of minutes at this point due to no fault of my ownWhen I purchased my month no one notified me of the planned dates to be closed within that month, nor did they provide adequate noticeThey extra days required to be closed happen, but are not my faultI have no choice to go and pay to go somewhere else to tan for my event while lava suntan keeps my money for the entire monthI paid for a service for weeks and they are closed for of those weeksShould I have known this I would have gone elsewhere*** *** The customer service is seriously lacking and their inability to make this situation right is very dissapinting
