Factory 360

Review: I worked an event in [redacted], Arizona for factory 360.

A week after the even, I verified that they had my correct mailing address and also asked when I would receive payment.

I was told by [redacted] at Factory 360 that I would receive my paycheck in two weeks. That was October [redacted].

Yesterday I spoke with [redacted], and she was UNBELIEVABLY rude. She told me that she doesn't see how my paycheck was mailed out the same day as the event that I worked.

The event I worked was on October [redacted]. She doesn't even have her dates correct.

I informed her of this, and she hardly owned up to the fact that she told me on the [redacted] that I would receive payment in two weeks.

It has now been 4 weeks.

The company refuses to cancel the check and overnight me a new one.

I have also asked if they would just directly deposit the check into my bank account.

I am beyond broke, hungry, and struggling to make ends meet doesn't even begin to describe my recent hardships.

I took the promotional modeling job with Factory 360 over 4 weeks ago because I thought it would help me with feeding myself. Instead it has caused me nothing but tribulations.

I need this solved, desperately.Desired Settlement: I want factory 360 to OVER NIGHT my check with either UPS or FEDEX.

I want a tracking number as well so that I can keep an eye on my paycheck as it travels across the country.
