Review: Like many others, I preordered a copy of I Am Secretly an Important Man (LP/DVD) 2 years ago, with the understanding that it would be released later that year. The deadline keeps getting pushed back with various excuses, and messages and emails to Factory 25 go unanswered. A quick look at their [redacted] page shows that many others are having this problem.Desired Settlement: I'd like the product, or I'd like my money back. I love Jesse's work, and this whole thing is so sad and disappointing. You guys should be embarrassed.
