We essentially waived their deductibles through, a sign allowance and putcomplimentary gutters on three sides of the house to help with the drip edgeproblem; which was caused by faulty installation of the facia (BuildersIssues.) The gutter guy is on his own time not mine. Be patient! I get referred;because I am a man of my word, and everyone knows that if it goes bad, assometimes it does, I will get it fixed, as I have done! I have put on overthousands of roofs across the state of Texas with only one other complaint thatwas not my issue, but I fixed the problem anyway.
