It is difficult to order this kind of thing when you can't see it personally. I spoke with a person on the website and they gave me great assurance incredible service! I was ordering a small amount of brick so I felt like I was taking a chance. I could not have been happier with my experience with this company! The product was so incredible that I have decided to increase the size of my project and will be ordering more of the same brick tomorrow. The shipping (although I do think it was a little high) was great. The guy I talked to on line got my order and got it processed very quickly, I got notice that it was in the 'mail' within two hours. This was a fantastic experience all the way around.

After numerous Internet searches for the right material for a *** Stove hearth, we found an antique brick at Faceables. They offered the ability to pruchase samples and were prompt in sending them out.
We made several calls with questions, and each call was handled professionally and gave us the information we needed to place an order for the brick veneer.
Once we got strted on the project we had several questions in applying the bricks, and again the customer service was superb, answering our questions and providing some suggests on how to better apply the bricks.
We ran short (our fault in estimating). When we call to ask if we could purchase a partial box - "No problem". They were sent he next business day.
All in all very positive experiences!

Wow, what service. Talk about delivery it was overnight. I was planning on preparing for getting started in a couple of days and than to my supervise the door bell range on Sunday night and a nice man delivered the box of brick and the job was done the next day. Looks great. What else can I say but Wow.
