We have gone back and looked to see if there was indeed an order by a [redacted] There was an online order placed and was downloaded from the internet (system) on 12/5; which was placed by a [redacted] We can see that the automatic email sent to him "confirming the order" was sent - we do not have any idea why their message to us after the fact was sent back as: "message was underliverable," as they suggest in their complaintOur email addresses are working fine The order was shipped as requested and as paid for Not everyone uses a discount code when making orders in our system We simply sent the gift box that was paid for as it was paid for As to a phone call to the creamery asking for us to help the complaintant out because they forgot to use a promo code, we have no record of that phone conversation However, I will try to make contact with the complaintant to figure a way to try and help them out
