Review: I purchased through internet sale a coat for my husband. when I received, the inside of the coat buttons all cracked and broken total 7 of them and this coat should be made in Italy( product detail in internet) but it was not made in Italy. I called and left messages for two or three days and same time e-mailed them about broken buttons. Since there were no respond or return call, I decided to ship it my cost and waited their contact. after I returned them my cost for ups $24.14,( I did not want to keep longer for something that I will not keep). I received e-mail respond for return shipping label. I explained them through e-mail that I shipped already because the respond was not soon enough, since I did not use your return label, please refund my shipping cost of $24.14 also with coat refund. I got coat refund but the coat that was defective and returned. I should receive shipping cost also.Desired Settlement: I need to get $24.14 shipping cost . they provided me shipping label after I shipped the product.
