and days On 1/9/you contacted our customer service department and canceled the reoccurring service before your trial ended Thus we never billed you anything other than the original shipping and handling amounts With you accounts being canceled you will not incur any other billing or shipment of products as of the cancel date 01/09/2017.I believe you have us confused with another company as none of our products have a price point of $even after the trial is complete.Please let us know if we can assist in any other way.Thank you,Support Team
Although I must have written the amount down incorrectly, YOUR company did attempt to bill my [redacted] Card for both products - which was an amount somewhere around $90. But you are correct, I have contacted you and cancelled my "subscription" with your company and expect no further charges or product shipments. I resent the implication that this was my error - your company is unscrupulous in its business practices.Again, let it be on the record that your business is deliberately misleading and I want nothing more to do with it.
