Fabulous Finds Estate Liquidators

I received a text message response from the owner of this business (Fabulous Finds Estate Liquidators) on July 28thI responded via text the same day with a specific date & time that week that I would pick up the two
items that were purchasedI was told that the store would be open from 12-5p on Thursday & Friday.I made arrangements to pick up the items that Thursday at 3pI arrived at the store at 2:45pmThe store was closed and lockedNo one visibly insideWhen I checked my voice and text messages, I had received a text at 2:01p as follows, "They just put your rockers at back entry under the tent" Upon going to the back of the store (which I was uncomfortable doing since no one was at the store), both items were found uncovered and under a small tarp-type tentBased on the owner's text message, there was a one hour delay between when the items were set out and when I was scheduled to pick them upThere are other businesses, pedestrian traffic, and homes near this businessAnyone could have noticed that the items were set out and that the staff then left the store With easy access to them anyone could have stolen them since no one was at the store to guard themThis is another example of poor customer service The business is listed as being open during these hours but it wasn't and the purchased items were left outside to potentially be stolen or damaged by the elementsIn the end I did finally receive both of the purchased items for myself and my friendWith the inconsistency in store hours and poor customer service, I would certainly not make any future purchases from this business
