Fabulous Bright Smiles

Review: I never knowingly signed up for "Fabulous Bright Smiles" a teeth whitening product. In January 2013, I was a sophomore at University of [redacted] in [redacted]. The Spring term ended in May of 2013. Once home in Massachusetts, I received on July 1, 2013 a forwarded package of teeth whitening product and a bill for $85.16. This was the first that I heard of this product. I called and the company said that I had been a member since January of 2013 and that I had received 4 packages of product. They provided tracking numbers for these packages. One is still in transit. One arrived on 7/1/13 and two were delivered to UVM but with no signature releases. I never received them. I checked my bank account and I had been debited $85.16 on 2/6/13, 3/7/13, 5/13/13 and 6/12/13. They had sent emails confirming my membership and explaining the refund policy to an inactive email account([redacted])that I have not used for over 2 years. My remedy at this time is to quit the club. I have been charged $341.64 for a product that I did not receive and do not want. I will return the one package of product (at my cost) that I did receive.Desired Settlement: Refund of $341.64.
