Review: This is an Advertising Issue, Customer Service Issue and a Service Issue.I posted a comment on their Facebook page saying this...Fabrison's French Creperie Cafe in Coronado should be ashamed of themselves for not having an access ramp for the disabled in a wheelchair.I'm a caregiver for the Elderly, Disable and /or Mentally Challenged and like to take my clients out once and a while for breakfast or lunch. It is not mentioned ANYWHERE on your website that there was no wheelchair access.This establishment is a disgrace.Fabrison's Sweet Cafe and Boutique responded with this...Please check with Coronado planning department because we are considered an historic building and as you know it is very difficult to make changes to historic buildings.You are more than welcome to visit our Little Italy location which is wheelchair accessible So for these reasons I have no reasons to be ashamed You should maybe do some better research before taking your clients outBest regardsI responded back with this...I did my research and as I stated no where on your website states no access!! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint, BECAUSE

If you click on their website... http://fabrisons.com/

Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on where it says the Website by Suntouch Design (http://suntouchdesign.com/).......................... the telephone number on the site is disconnected so that means they are unable to get their website designer to change the site!!!!

Hello,

Thank you for reviewing our response. We have also reviewed the consumer's response and would like to correct the consumer's misunderstanding about our website ownership. We do, in fact, own and operate our website, www.fabrisons.com; however, our website manager is not available to make changes to our site until next week. At that time, our website manager will be adding a note to our Contact Us page that alerts our customers to the fact that we do not have wheelchair access at our Coronado restaurant location, as we are in a historic building that does not permit these changes, but that our customers are very welcome at our wheelchair-accessible Little Italy restaurant location.

All above changes will be taken care of next week.
