I was very disappointed with customer service at your Welland location. I asked if I can have a staff member help me to get accurate measurements for my daughter. I was told that it was too busy to have somebody help me. There were several staff members that we're not doing anything and could have very easily helped me. The girl I spoke with told me that she did not know how to measure which is an acceptable response. At least she was being honest. However, it would have been nice if she could have asked the other employees if they could assist me. The employees in this store need a better understanding of what customer service is. So instead of me only purchasing the pattern there, I would have purchased material and accessories had somebody helped me. Now I am going to go to a different store to get assistance with measurements and that is where I will buy what I need.
