The Fry's Grocery store on Pantano and Speedway in Tucson assign individuals with mental rdation to bag groceries who are unable to mentally or emotionally cope with the responsibilities, or completely comprehend how to bag items. In addition, there is a deaf mute as a cashier who is unable to communicate. When you ask a question, or speak; he holds up the badge around his neck stating he is a deaf/mute. The management is rude and unquestionably in disregard of how to properly train staff and address issues which negatively effect the function of this store.
