Review: I placed an order with the company on August 15, 2014. I have tried calling them on four separate occasions to update a shipping address. I then emailed the company and received a delivery failure on the email. Meanwhile, as per the company's shipping policy, I should have already received notification that the package has shipped - but I have not been contacted.Desired Settlement: While I would like the fabric to be shipped to me, I am happy accepting a refund.
Review: I placed an order online on 10/01/2013, per the order summary I was to receive an email confirmation regarding my order. Firstly, I never received the email confirmation. On 10/07/2013 I emailed them an inquiry regarding my order, the email bounced back as undeliverable. I then called, no one answered so I left a voice-mail inquiring about my order and asked them to call me back, they never did. Finally after several attempts I was able to get hold of someone, the person on the phone told me that my order had not been filled because they did not have the yardage of fabric I requested. I asked them why they did not send me an email explaining this to me, they had no answer. I told them they needed to improve their customer service, they then hung up on me. I called them back and asked for a manager, they would not let me talk to one. I then asked them to send me an email explaining why they could not fill my order and that they were going to refund my money (refund receipt). They have not refunded my money and they have not sent me an email.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund and a letter confirming this.
Review: I placed an online order for 10 yards of fabric in Oct 2014. A week later an email was sent to me from the company stating they could not provide the yardage I required. I emailed them back and asked them to cancel my order. I received a cancellation email. Everything seemed just fine. Then about 2 weeks later the company billed me for the fabric. I have emailed repeatedly to the company with no resolution. I never received any fabric from this company. But they billed me the price of the undelivered fabric AFTER they stated they had cancelled my order. They will not answer the phone or reply via email.
On the website it shows that my order has been cancelled.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit sent to my bank card in the amount of $109.49.
