I can't believe that This buisness would take advantage of an elderly old womenThey were called out on a call order to turn on a heater in my moms house for central heating during last winter They send their son who only sees a call to turn on the heat What he doesn't see is the need to sugest that my mom might want to also have the air vents cleaned of the built up of soot, or that he would need to check for carbon monoxide fumes coming out He turned on the heater and left after a shower of soot came raining out all over my mom's bedroom and bathroom.!!! The Gas company came in January of this year and red tagged the heater for high carbon monoxide fumes Long story short, winter without heat, and summer without any air-conditioning My poor mom suffered She was told two things by *** fast affordable , that , they would never do that, and 2, we shouldn't trust the Gas Co Really?!!!
