Horrible customer service and misrepresentation of warranty and skill set We originally called them so that we could have a warranty on our gate that had been struck by lightning They claimed to have grounded the gate and to secured a warranty When gate was struck by lightning and ceased to operate again, they claimed they could not help with electrical problems and said we should call an electrician We did-- electrician said they had grounded the gate in a DANGEROUS was that could have cost a human life and did cause the lightning to be directed straight to the gate operation box Electrician properly grounded and could not get parts for the operating system because it was a european out of date model (strange) When we called Allied to ask about the warranty and if they could come fix the operating system, they claimed warranty was not in tact because we called the electrician (they suggested) AWFUL!
