Review: I spent $ 7,300 on new carpets - padding- hardwood floors. The quality of the carpet & padding is not what I originally picked out & the hardwood floor is coming up in the kitchen. I sent them a letter - they totally ignored me. I want what I paid for & I want my Hardwood floor fixed. I also had things in this house that are missing. Here is the letter I sent in December 2013 - they never answeredDecember 9, 2013To [redacted]:I have bought rugs, etc. from you people for 30 yrs. This time I am not satisfied I was overcharged & the quality was not like it used to be or what I picked out -- I paid $7,200 for 3 rugs which are so thin & I paid for the good padding & this is not the good padding, When my movers brought my furniture they said hardwood floors are not even. I am very disgusted. I have been dealing with you people for a hell of a long time and never had a problem- At this point I dont know what can be done. The floor is coming up.I still think I was over-charged for the whole job. My friends are surprised that the rugs are so thin & I know in time I will have a problem.They never responded - they ignored this letter.Desired Settlement: I want some kind of refund on this crappy carpets (3) & my hardwood floor fixed. They ripped me off.
