On 5/3/18, my husband booked an online reservation for one night on 5/ Five minutes after doing so, he realized that he had booked a nonrefundable rate when he intended to book a refundable rate He then immediately phoned Booking.com and requested that the rate be changed to a refundable rate The agent contacted this hotels' manager who refused stating that my husband 'was stuck with it.' My husband then phoned this hotels' manager, Baron?, requesting the change & stating he would pay the higher rate for a refundable reservation The manager's reply was "no." My husband then phoned Holiday Inn Corporate Customer Support and was told that she would handle it When the pending credit card charge disappeared from my husband's credit card, he thought the issue was resolved Our travel plans changed on 5/because my husband contracted Noro virus the week prio
