Before Thanksgiving, I ordered a Christmas decoration from a company in Texas. There was nothing on the *** to indicate that the product would be shipped internationally. As it was a Christmas decoration and I had several weeks, there was no reason for me to think that the product would not arrive before Christmas. I even emailed that company and told them that, if the product did not arrive before Christmas, I had no use for it and didn't want it. They told me that it was shipping from China, which was not what their *** said, but they would get it to me on time.

I received a shipment from them at the end of January. Obviously it was too late to use it for it's intended purpose, but I would have lived with this if it had actually been the product that I ordered. It was not what I ordered. I emailed the company again and told them that I wanted a refund. They admitted that the product was not as advertised, but said that they would not issue a full refund unless I paid to send the product back to Vietnam (before they said China so I have no idea what they're doing at this point), and even then they would not give me a full refund because they would deduct the cost that I paid to have it shipped to me.

I should not have to pay shipping plus return shipping for a product I did not order in order to have a refund issued. The product was advertised falsely, the company location was advertised falsely, shipping information advertised falsely, product was not received in a reasonable amount of time, and I never received what I ordered. They are not entitled to a cent.
