neither owned nor controlled by CNH. CNH was not present during Mr*** interactions with the dealer and is surprised at what was reported. Despite our lack of knowledge or control over what happened at the dealership, CNH has tried to determine, at a minimum, which dealer Mr*** is dissatisfied with. The assigned field representative(s) for the appropriate area had no knowledge of this particular instance and no communication about this from the several New Holland dealers in Mr*** area. Regardless of Mr*** failing to identify the dealership in question, it is CNH’s position that a resolution to his dissatisfaction is better addressed with the dealer he dealt with, not with CNHVery truly yours, *** ** ***
