F V Cleaners

Review: I had several items Dry Cleaned and Laundered at FV. Upon returning home and later examination of 2 of my white shirts there appeared to be burn marks on them. I returned to the cleaner with the shirts and said that the shirts appeared to be burned. I was immediately yelled at that they were not burns but stains. I said fine if they are stains and you were paid to clean the shirts take them back and clean them. I was again yelled at and told that they can't remove the stains and that if I wanted them to try I would have to pay to clean them again. The entire time I was being yelled at the man in the store had a mouth full of food and was spitting all over me and my shirts.

I have since taken the shirts to another cleaner and they said they would clean them and remove the stains, and promised not to yell at me.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2x $1.35 ($2.70) for the original cleaning and the 2x$1.75 ($3.50) for the subsequent cleaning total $6.20 refunded to me by FV Cleaners. The sad part is all they had to do was apologize right away and try to clean the shirts a second time and they would have had a loyal customer. Now I will be sure to tell everyone about my bad experience at this establishment.
