Your letter concerning Ms [redacted] arrived on August 20, the same day Mr [redacted] reached out to Ms [redacted] via email (see attached the email), and to date has not received any type of response from Ms*** Ms [redacted] was given a proposal on March 26, that was left per her instruction in her mailboxMs [redacted] verbally contracted with [redacted] and did in fact have her copy, signed by [redacted] *** Our customers are: all given a time range that we wil be to their property similar to what the cable company doesWe even have to push people due to inclement weather or unforeseen emergenciesTrees are very dirty and when they are up against a house they grow and leave marks The "marks" that [redacted] washëd off were not from my crew when they removed the limbs Stumps are not generally done or completed on the same day as the tree removals; this is Taylor Tree’s general practiceMs [redacted] was asked if she wanted the stump cleaned up and she did not due to the additional cost On July 14, an employee arrived with a GMC truck with dual wheels (that distributes the weight of the truck) weighing lbs with a pull-behind stump grinderA “trailer” was never at Ms***’ property, that is why the grinder never left the trailer as her letter stated The grinder is on wheels and towed behind a vehicleStump grinding is done at a depth of approximately 6-12” with chasing of the leadsThe grindings are left on-site unless specifically noted Ms [redacted] also stated the truck damaged her drivewayThe truck is within the range of the average of F-iso to F-pickup trucks weightBut if you take a look at google earth as we did, you will see the cracks in her driveway dated back to May There is also a clause on our proposal sheets explaining driveway damage Office closes from 1-for lunch when mail was retrieved on Tuesday, July 28th Mr [redacted] called Ms.Coss on Tuesday, July 28th not knowing there was certified mail because he was out with the crews, working on the crane Ms [redacted] also sent a certified letter to Taylor Tree where she questioned the “facilities” of our employeeI assure that Taylor Tree follows the DOT standards and regulations and every company who has a DOT number must drug test all of their employeesWhen the employee was done with Ms [redacted] stump, he satin his truck for minutes to have his lunch, as required by Federal Law Our company strives for complete satisfaction, that is why we returned to re-trim the pines but it is apparent that we are at a stale mate with Ms***She seems to be on a smear campaign, not only has she contacted you but also Angie’s List, I personally have spent too much of my time trying to reply to all of Ms [redacted] rantingAs you can see from the email that Mr [redacted] sent he personally apologized, offered to reconcile and has taken it to the managers meeting in September Remember when your mother taught you “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all”? I have nothing further to report, just the facts as stated abovePlease call us if you have any other questions @ ###-###-#### Respectfully, [redacted] Manager
