I am rejecting this response because:
I immediately contacted the 3rd Party company (F & R Services) to inquire if their company adhered to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, SECTION which prohibits 3rd Party background screening companies to report any records older than years and was informed that this company (F & R Services) does comply with this federal/ state law which obviously was not true. I then requested as granted by law to have a copy of submission submitted to what my employer states was to the Financial Investigation Regulatory office for background checking of Financial professional conduct

The consumer called me and stated the company he worked for was firing him because of the results of his  fingerprint background. He asked the company to give him a copy of his background and they declined. He called me to find out what was on his background. We are a 3rd party fingerprint...

scanning company. He came in for a live scan finger print. Once we submit the fingerprints they are transmitted to the highway patrol (for statewide results) as well as the FBI( for nationwide results). We do not do the research nor have access to the information obtained. this was explained to the consumer. He asked what he could do to find out what is on his background. I informed him he could pay $55 for his own background check.  In his complaint he says he came in and paid $55 and that and never heard back. This statement was not true.
