Mr.f* was who I dealt with at the business and who I purchased my 04 maserati coupe from. I sent him 2 transactions of $1,000 a in orser to,secure my purchase. Now before I did this I spoke to him on the phone ensuring that he indeed had "TITLE in hand" which he said that he did. So I semt the first 2 payments. When I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle and pick it up I learned that he broke his word as a man and did not habe the title in hand instead wrote me up a bill of sale that my state did not accept. I still purchased the vehice for the price of 14,300 reguardless of his violation on his word as a man becsuse I intended to keep my word as the purchasers reguardless of his lack of morals and ethics. He did send me the title several months later but it was incorrectly filled out and ive not yet been able to register the vehicle. He also lied to me for months after about sending it out to me for months telling me it was in the mail time amd time again failing to recieve it. After 2 months of dealing with the lies I did finally recieve it though I had lost the bill of sale and tennesse required one with his business letter head on it and I attempted to reach out and after dealing with his lies for another few weeks of him telling me that he would send it my mother finally got involved and he sent her a copy of a bill of sale that once again I vould not use in the state of TN. He no longer returns my calls or texts. I'm a student at master acadmey of barbering in knoxville tennessee and do not have the slotted time to go to his business to handle this.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
If you felt disrespected maybe its because you do sketchy business. The business lied about having the title to the car when I went to purchase the vehicle. Then lied to me for months about sending it. Your company sent me paperwork that the state of tennessee does not accept and you also failed to sign the title after lying about having and sending it for months.
