July 20, 2016To whom it may concern:The customer came to our place of business for a Pa Safety and Emission InspectionsThe car passed emission inspectionHowever, the front brakes were worn below safety specifications and failed safety inspectionWe removed the brake pads from the car and showed
them to the customer for her personal inspectionShe at first did not want any repairs made but then changed her mind and gave her approval to do the workWe replaced the front brakes, Later on that night she left a message on our answering service stating she wanted a refundThe customer came back in the following dayShe had a document from a different garage that stated her brakes were okayOnce again we showed her the worn out brake pads from her vehicleShe didn't care to see themWe told her to take the worn out pads and show them to the other garageShe refused, We told her to take them to the State Police or call the State Police and have them come to our place of businessWe would let them decideOnce again she refusedSadly the customer's second visit was not an attempt to get the truth but only to get an unwarranted refundEven though we have the physical proof of her vehicle's under state specification brake padsHer complaint should not be with us but with the garage that gave her bad information.Thank you,Kristy H.Manager
