I have boarded my animals here for more than 5 years now. There was a guy there that with a long beard and always had shorts on that was not so great at customer service. I looked him up online ... wow. I'm glad he's gone. The new gut is great, the owner is good too. They do an excellent job with my dogs and I absolutely love the pictures that they send me. I know my animals are safe and cared for. Every time I call I get an update, Every time I go to get my pups they're really tired and ready for nap time. I'm not crazy about the new drop off and pick up times, but COVID did a number on all businesses.

Great place to leave your pets when you need to leave town. Great people! Great customer service treat our pets like their own, very happy with them.

We have used F & L Pet Resort exclusively for about twenty years. The staff is professional and very good with the animals. Our pets seem to enjoy staying there. They offer a free night of boarding after ten or so paid nights. We highly recommend this business!

I am so grateful for F & L Pet Resort!!! I actually had anxiety over leaving my dogs in anyones care, because they can be a handful. Out of necessity, I was forced to board my dog children, for an entire week. I could not have asked for better care. I will never again be anxious about my boys when they are in the care of these fabulous people. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
