An absolutely horrific company to deal withI was about to run out of oil - unfortunately as snow was expectedF.FHitchcock declined to deliver, so I had to make calls to half a dozen other places so that my elderly mother wouldn't freeze to deathI had to grovel, but managed to find a company who was willingThen I was shocked to discover that F.FHitchcock did, after all, deliver - and happily billed me for itThey refunded the money on the condition I make monthly payments - which out of (I admit) spite I made $a monthAnd there followed a long, long series of "mistaken" charges of more than I authorized, wildly erratic scheduling for the charges, and some extremely unpleasant email and telephone conversations with the extremely unprofessional VP John B*** What a horrible human being to have to deal with
