Review: I used the funeral services of Floyd Dabney Funeral Home located at [redacted] on April 18, 2014. She was to be cremated and her remains given to me ( I'm the son). I have signed all paperwork that was required and all expenses have been paid. As of today April 28, 2014, I have left messages and he has yet to return any of my telephone calls to let me know when the cremation will be completed so that I can have closure and move on.Desired Settlement: This has been going on for now two weeks. I just want Floyd Dabney Funeral Home to complete the service and honor the agreement as I have done. I would just like this to be over with so that I can have closure and move on with my life. Floyd Dabney Funeral Home is not making this possible at this time. It is difficult enough that I have to deal with my mother's passing, As I am trying to study and maintain focus, and they are making it hard for me to do so. This lack of action by Floyd Dabney Funeral Home to uphold his end of the arrangement is unprofessional and unscrupulous. I feel by his lack of action he is a con man posing as a [redacted].

I spoke with the business and he stated that on 4/29 the father signed for the remains and picked them up from the business.
