Review: [redacted] installed a porcelain floor in foyer, kitchen & den. The floors are uneven which I complained about from the beginning which is resulting in the grout coming up. The kitchen and hall has been regrouted three times and the den twice. I was told by [redacted] that this would level the floors which it not true the grout is coming up more than ever. In addition the saddles are very high which is causing my grandkids, my husband and myself to trip. I have hired a new contractor who will begin work on Wednesday 6/**/14. I have many pictures to confirm my allegations.Desired Settlement: New Contractor cost $13,000 Replacement Floor $4,974.57. Please note, I supplied all materials for the renovation of my kitchen, which includes cabinets, granite, floors, saddles etc.
