F & D did not complete all of the work that they said they would do while redoing my siding over 2+ years ago. They charged me extra for the doing the siding/gutters on my porch which they said was included at the time of the quote. It then took them over a year and repeated phone calls to have them complete the gutters over my bay window and garage. After they added the gutter on the garage they pushed the roofing material up in a fashion that it holds water. They refused to fix that. Since 2011, when the work was accomplished, there has been a section of siding hanging lose. It is the end of 2013 and despite 20+ phone calls to the owner he has refused to come back and fix it. I moved out and put the house for sale in June of 2013. At the time he promised me he would fix it within a week because the house was going on the market. I came back into town in December to check on the house and I found that he never did the work. This negatively affected the chances of my home selling. I have called multiple times and have not gotten an answer or call back since. I feel that he charged me roughly $12,000 and only did 80% of the work and refuses to respond to me.
