One of my neighbors had some work done by FCT I asked my neighbor for a referral as I am getting bids for some extensive remodeling in the same neighborhood I called *** and we made an appointment for Friday He called that day and said that he would have to postpone due to a delay from an inspector on a job So, we made arrangements to get together the following day at 2:p.m I waited around all afternoon until dark and no sign of ***, and no call It is now a week later, and I still haven't heard from him I guess it's a good thing I found out that he is this unreliable before committing to a contract
