Review: In October 2014 I purchased eZuce OpenUC software. After having numerous problems with the software, their customer support failed to fix the problems and as of February 2015 have stated that "this is no longer a support issue. If you need anything else you can address to our sales department". I wrote to the president [redacted] on March 6th asking for a full refund and he said "I have received your email and will investigate the situation." He has not responded to any of my emails since.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for $1,701 for the software purchase.

Response:

First and foremost, [redacted] Pro is not a customer of ours. This was sold through a partner of ours, [redacted], so really this complaint and refund request should go to them. I have attached a copy of our invoice to [redacted], where you will see that the order was significantly marked up before selling to [redacted] Pro. With that said, we did work on this issue and it was determined that the issue is not with our software. The issue is with incompatability with the end user’s Service Provider. Recommendation was made to switch service providers. That recommendation was not accepted by [redacted]. At that point our hands were tied. We recommended a resolution but it was refused.
