Review: This vendor for storage only allows contracts for individuals versus organizations, although we have been clearly paying from our nonprofit organization for storage and have had repeated correspondence to list our organization name, new address following an office move and new points of contact, over the years. EZ Storage has accepted our payments for 8 years, but are now refusing to let us into our storage unit to access and inspect our property. They replaced our lock due to a lapse in billing that was caused by them not changing the billing address after we notified them of our office move, because the new address did not match the initial contract address. Eventually, the property owners, not the site management, changed the address. Now, when we cannot gain access to our property, the district manager is not doing anything to assist. He also failed to return phone calls and is inappropriately trying to find a former employee who signed the contract through "Google" research, according to what he told me. He said that he did not call back because he was investigating how to find the original signatory on the contract.Desired Settlement: We have been paying for storage under a false premise, e.g., for storage to which we cannot gain access. I believe we are due compensation for the financial and property loss over 8 years.The lack of common courtesy in not calling back is simply rude and represents poor business practice.The storage facility should not store nonprofit organization property if the nonprofit organization cannot be listed on the contract.
