ezLandlordForms are guaranteed state compliant and are constantly updated to make sure that you’re always in the clear legally. I went to court and the 5-day letter they provided was ruled illegal.

It is important to us that our customers are satisfied. You should've received your refund already, it was processed on 02/05/2020 for $144.36. Our legal team is looking over the form and, if needed, making any necessary changes. Please note, we are a do-it-yourself forms website. Make sure when creating your forms that you follow the State Assist in the green boxes so you are following the rules of that specific form.

I am rejecting this response because: The court notice attached says the letter illegal and you are saying you will make updates IF it is required. It is required. Also, there are no green boxes for this letter. I would like my prior years refunded as well as to this day you have never called me or emailed back as promised.
Regards
Hi
Please accept my sincerest apologies. The form has been updated, and your Pro account purchases from this year and last year have been refunded.
Had problems with their service. They advised their online service was down. During this time the service was unavailable. When I called their headquarters I was told I was talking to their chief legal officer. He was clearly not a lawyer and was unable to answer any questions that a lawyer would have. They were far less than honest and seem to have issues with their ability to provide service or answers. To have a person say he was a lawyer and lie about it can only put all customers at risk with their "legal" contracts that they seem to be marketing. They have a 75% failure rate.
I spoke to *** on the phone today. He had an issue emailing a applicant on our system and the email had gone to the persons spam box. He chatted with our support team and it appears there was some confusion in that conversation. I will now discuss this with the support analyst he spoke to and make sure there is no confusion with anyone in the future. We do employ a full-time attorney but I don't believe M *** had spoken to him. *** made some recommendations on improving our lease which we will be improving shortly and we will also add more training to our support staff because of this matter. *** is now satisfied after speaking to me and I have extended his account for one year at no charge for his troubles.
