The windows are great, the ordering process was very easyWe just didn't enjoy the delivery because they use a carrier not ups or FedEx type and it was not easy for them to deliver to a residential address

Outstanding communication they keep you in form through the whole process And they make sure that you are happy with the product

I worked on and off with this company for months, prior to our purchaseWe had Eze-Breeze windows in a prior home, so we knew this was the route we wanted to goThe problem was which model to get, (sliders or vertical track) and the color of the vinylEvery time I contacted them, the response was that day, sometimes as late as PM, but at least that day! One time I asked if they could send pieces of the vinyl so I could compare colorsThey mailed them out immediatelyWonderful customer service! I will highly recommend Clearview!
