EZ Wash Laundry

In response to the above complaint our response is the following which my employees have explained to Mr*** on several different occasionsIOn October 12'^ at 7:pm , Mr *** dropped off shirts for cleaningThe invoice number for the order was10-***Approximately minutes later my
employee mistakenly Issued another invoice (10-***) forthe same shirts that were invoiced on # 10-***At the end of the day there were invoices issued for thesame shirts.On October 17'^ at 8:13am Mr *** picked up the shirts that were invoiced on ticket # 10-***Thesecond invoice that was put into the computer mistakenly was not deleted from the computer and remainedas an active invoiceAt some point, I believe one of my employees asked if he had shirts In the laundry afterseeing the invoice in our computer systemMr *** believes he has shirts from invoice #10-*** which wasan invoice that duplicated the order he already picked up.I let my employees handle issues like this due to the fact they are in contact with the customers and serviceswe provideI got involved after Mr *** did not accept my employees explanation of what happened.I did look up Mr ***'s history and over the years he usually dropped off shirts at a time only twice did hedrop off shirts one of which was on October 12"".We believe Mr *** is mistaken that he is owed shirts
