This company has been contacting tattoo artists that are due to work my show and trying to get them to change their hotel rooms for a 'cheaper rate'. This is all well and good, but the rooms they are 'selling' are not in our hotel block and this will become a problem for our artists and attendees of the show. We do not appreciate them pretending to work for or with us and would like for them to not be using our name to sell their product.
3 of our artists contacted us yesterday with this same information and were told it was an official hell city rep and they could get them a better rate that what was being offered previously. This is affecting our business and causing us to have to answer customers who thought they were talking to us and in fact were not.
They need to stop using Hell City LTD in any of their sales pitches to customers. They are not Hell City LTD. The only way you can get a discounted room for our show is to go through us/our website and the actual reservation desk at the hotel itself.

Clarification for the issue:
EZ Traveller Sales Agents introduce themselves as EZ Traveller an independent travel agency specialized in offering hotel discounts to Business travelers , they are not representing any hotel nor any association.
As our contracts and website mentioned that this is a privately owned business has no affiliation with any hotel chain nor association.
However may be one of the sales agents mislead his clients by misrepresenting himself, and we will immediately investigate this case and we react accordingly.
in regards of the mentioned harm mentioned from your side that there will be a loss for your block of rooms at the hotel.
We immediately stopped contacting your artists as we are not in business to affect others by our practices.
