Mike Graff Service Company provides great customer service! We bought our heat pump from them about years agoWe called them to clean our unit, and they were out the very next day We were doing some renovations on our home and a couple of weeks later our unit would not come onOnce again we contacted them, and they were out the very next dayIt turned out to be a loose wire in the thermostat (from Renovations)They didn't charge us a thing for the service call! When this old heat pump finally fails, we will be ordering a new one from Mike Graff Service Company!
