EZ Jet Airline

Review: This company was aware of not offering the service they promise to provide to my family, but continue to collect my cash for a flight from JFK to GEO. I made contact with EZ Jet airline and started payment for five people, which includes three seniors, one adult and one school age child on September **,2012, October **, 2012 and final payment October **, 2012 in the amount of $2, 984.80 cash. On the last date of payment I receive EZ JET OPERATED BY [redacted] FOR [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. I read on line that this airline was out of service the very next week, I tried to make contact via telephone no one answer the telephone, I went to the office on [redacted] in [redacted] and the office was closed with no information to contact anyone. I wrote [redacted] resending the same complaints on more than one occupation but never received a response. I am asking for your assistance in retrieving my money back.
