We apologize for the delay in respondingWe had to do a little research on this since we do not get many returnsHowever, according to our records, we mailed out a refund already quite awhile ago, but the refund check has never been cashedI am going to assume that since the customer says he
did not receive it and it has not been cashed either that he never received itWe are issuing a new refund check, but are requesting an updated mailing address for this to be mailed to and we will get it out to him asap.
