I called EZ Exit Now after my husband and I bought a timeshare last year. We hired our attorney to get us out in April. He told us in January that he couldn’t help us get out. I did research online and chose EZ Exit Now based on reviews. We are already out of our timeshare and it’s only been 3 months! Don’t believe your resort company when they tell you Exit companies are scams, the timeshare is the real scam.
I am happy to report that I just got off the phone with *** *** I am also happy to report that Mr***'s timeshare cancellation is almost complete in near record time Please understand that we do not buy timeshares we cancel timeshares through our lawyers and legal team
Mr*** now understands that he is almost time share free. Mr*** has agreed to write a positive review to the Revdex.com in celebration of his timeshare cancellation. We look at this situation as a learning experience on how we can communicate better in the future and we thank Mr*** for his business and his patients. Sincerely

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. However, the business (Easy Exit Now) have only fulfilled half of the promises that they have given to me thus far
My timeshare company said they had a program that would get us out of our timeshare. After 3 years of promises and going back and forth with paperwork through my resort with no resolution ever happening, I finally was forced to hire an exit company to help. EZ Exit Now made them finally let us out! Thank you EZ Exit Now.
This office and myself have called and called Mr. [redacted]. There is no voice mail at [redacted] We would have liked to have spoken to Mr. [redacted] before responding to this complaint. That is why there was a delay in responding. I apologize for any problems this may have caused....
It is our highest Priority to see that all of our clients are satisfied. We will do what ever it takes to make sure that Mr [redacted] is satisfied and taken care of.

If the reviewer above is referring to me (Dave Lane), no one has called me nor has the phone rang. We do have voice mail and there are no messages. I was told a check would be immediately sent to Stonebridge 4 weeks ago, then 3 weeks ago and last week. Stonebridge has informed me today (23Dec20) that they are not in receipt of anything and can't move forward until they do. Weekly emails have been sent to your customer service department.
