I placed an order on 4/18 and have yet to receive a package. I have contacted customer service several times and they keep giving me the run around. I was told my package was delivered on 5/18 by USPS yet none of the USPS tracking information was available to me until I contacted customer service. Which seems very fishy to me. This whole experience has been a headache and all I want is a simple refund. Thank you.

Ordered on 4/18 and I never received my package. I’ve contacted customer service numerous times and they keep giving me the run around. They sent me some tracking confirmation saying it was delivered on 5/18 by USPS. When the entire time prior to me contacting them there was hardly any shipping updates from the overseas shipping company. There’s something fishy about this company. It seems like their running some kind of scam.
April 6, 2020 I purchased a brush from this company. I still have not received my order. The tracking information does not make sense. I was told shipping takes 18-22 days for delivery. The tracking says that in 2 hours it went from California to Florida and is now headed back north. As of June 1st, it was in Georgia. I have reached out to their customer service only to be told, wait for the package. I have done that and still nothing. And it seems as if the tracking information is being purposely updated dishonestly. I have asked 3 times and now they are no longer responding to me. I only want a refund.

I dont know with you guys but you gotta be patient. Mine came today, I expected the delay so I was patient. No regrets!!!
I ordered two brushes from the company that took over a month to arrive from china. Within that month I discovered the same exact brushes on *** for $2, also on *** for $14 with two in a pack +2day shipping. I requested that I receive a refund because the brushes were taking ages to arrive to me, a representative contacted me and stated that I'd have to wait for my brushes to arrive in order to process a refund; so I did. When the brushes arrived, I contacted them and they were trying to get me to keep the two brushes and offer 20% of my my $30.31 back. I declined them on that offer... They told me I'd have to pay for my own return shipping and my items must be unopened. They asked me for my tracking number so that they could track the transit. I responded with "You'll receive it the same way you sent it to me." I had no reason to open the package after already receiving brushes from *** weeks before them. I went to my local post office and shipped the brushes off with my order number marked on the package. EZ detangler brush gave me an address to ship the brushes to... I gave them the courtesy of 3day shipping and sent the tracking number to them via email. They've had the brushes in their possession for a over a week now. tracking number is *** They blocked me on Facebook. Ive contacted them from 4 different methods, from instagram, emailing, and even using other peoples facebook accounts. They've read my messages and ignored me every time. They're robbing me of my money when they literally have their goods back.

I order this brush for my wife on April 8th through during the pandemic I know shipping would be delayed. I got an email from EZ Detangler stating that my product was shipped to LA on April 15th and then I sent the company a few emails stating where is my package and they kept saying due to corona packages maybe delayed. On the May 30th I get an email stating that my package was delivered but no package was delivered. Then I get an email on 31st of May stating that the last email was mistake and package is on its way and they give *** tracking information and that gives me April 15th as the latest update

I need to know when I am going to receive this brush I received a message from you saying that it takes 8-22 days to recieve this I ordered on April 8th but still no brush I also have sent numerous emails and also sent one through Revdex.com. Never once did you say let me try to resolve this issue by trying to resend brush or fix this issue. I keep getting I am so sorry but still no action. I have been patient and I have been understanding with COVID but we are going on over 2 months with no end result. I ordered your product on Apr 8, 2020 and it got shipped on Apr 15 and sat for more than two months and only did I complain to the Revdex.com did I see movement on the package. Your website says that due to the pandemic shipping and delivery will take 8-22 days. It has been over two months. This company is HORRIBLE and the customer service is terrible. I never received my package and twice my tracking said it was delivered. The first time it said delivered it was in a completely different State. I’ve made several attempts to communicate with the company to which the “ support desk” tells me there is basically nothing they can do and to take it up with my post office. So with that said I paid for something that I never received. I’m not satisfied at all and I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from EZ Brush!!!!!!!!!

I received an email at 4:19am on March 29,2020 from the EZDETANGLER company, stating that my brush has been delivered. I checked my security cameras, there was no activity at that time. Trying to reason with myself that maybe because of “bad luck” my cameras didn’t catch it, I went to my mailbox around 7am to see if there was anything on either porch even in the mailbox. No delivery. but for the life of me I can’t imagine a package being delivered at that time. I tried finding a customer service number but there is none. I tried writing 2 complaints to two different email addresses however I got the exact same response to my very angry complaints. That due to COVID19 packages are being delayed and there is nothing they can do but to ask for patience and that they went ahead and tracked the package for me and sent me a link. (Which I already had and that’s how I knew it said “delivered” This is when I turned livid. I reached out to the *** page, I wrote on messenger and also left a comment on their latest post. I tweeted to them on Twitter and have gotten absolutely no response. All I want is my refund. I don’t even want the brush anymore. It seems to be a big scam that sometimes people get a brush and sometimes they don’t. Seems I was unfortunate, because when I read about “issues with delivery” on their site, they wash their hands of any responsibility if you get no package after the delivery status is set to “delivered”. I’m extremely upset. Nobody does their job these days. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for this brush and then I get deceived this way. It’s just wrong.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the company stands by what they have written. In the emails I previously received that said “delivered” it did have a message at the bottom stating something to the effects of “thank you for shipping with us”. Which indicated that the delivery was complete. I’m very skeptical but willing to wait for the next week for at least the update I was promised. However if that does not happen then I feel a refund is the next appropriate resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: I have checked both tracking links that I was given. The first one sent me to a link that showed no tracking at all, just a link in a language I did not know and my device suggested I not do much with the site because it was unsafe. The second link showed that my package as of 6/10 is still in GA and is currently still sitting there. Since it is very evident that who knows when this package will move again, I do not want to accept the “runaround” and I don’t want to wait any longer for this item. I only want a refund in full. The agreement was that I was to be notified within a week of the status of my package which did not happen and I only received this response because I had to go through Revdex.com to get it. I am not interested in doing business with this company. I truly feel this is some sort of scam and would only like as full refund immediately.

Ordered April 6, 2020 and as of May 30, 2020 I have not received my item but money was charged and taken. I have contacted this company multiple times and each time was denied a refund. I was given dead tracking numbers. I was told each time that the item was sent to a sorting facility or it was on its way via ***. *** shows that it's been sitting in Los Angeles since April and hasn't moved since. Then as of May 29th I was told the item was delivered in the middle of the night and obviously there was no package, not even the next day. This is a terrible company that parades as an American business but is actually a cheap Chinese factory.
I just recieved my order Monday after waiting 3 months! I opened my package and was shocked to discover the packages were all broken apart and on-top of that I was sold counterfeit brushes. 2 of the 3 brushes had no logo like the picture claims to have, and the brushes were so cheaply made the plastic is falling apart and was glued back together to "fix it" (or so it seems). I contacted through email and Facebook Messenger and have gotten no response. Then on-top of that I was blocked on Facebook so I can't even message someone to resolve this issue. Had I known I'd be getting knock off brushes I would have bought them cheaper elsewhere and gotten them in half the time it took. I was told by an agent that the company is based in USA and they fulfill orders in China but it seems it's all China because there is no phone number at all to prove that. Just an address which may even be fake too.

Ordered a product over 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my brush and the tracking number they gave me does not work! This company is taking people money without giving the products after it’s been purchased! They refuse to give me my money back and many other customers are complaining that they haven’t received any products from them as well.

I no longer want to deal with this company, I have been asking for a refund for a product that I have not received and when the company gives me a tracking number the number does not work or it tells me that it’s in route but I’ve been waiting on this product that’s in route for almost 8 weeks. EZ Detangler keep telling me that they can’t give a refund but if I do not have my product and the tracking number is no good it’s only right to refund me my money. They are scamming people out of their hard earned money and I don’t think it’s fair that they are getting away with this.

I placed my order on April 21, 2020 and have yet to recieve it. I've contacted customer service twice asking for a refund. They claimed that they have a 22 day shipping policy, but I referenced a post by ONE OF THERE REPRESENTATIVES where they quoted that they have a 6 day shipping on April 24th. I've given the company over a month because I consider myself to be very understanding. However, I now recognize that the company is blatantly being deceitful by not making it clear where they are shipping from, China, and by misrepresenting their actual shipping time. I would like a refund.

I ordered a black salon quality EZ Detangler Brush from a company called EZ Detangler on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Here it is Saturday, May 23, 2020 (over a month later), and I have yet to receive my brush. The website still says that my order is pending. I have contacted the seller multiple times and each times the seller tells me to disregard the website, and that the actual product has been shipped. I have been going back and forth with this seller for weeks now, but no resolution has been made. Just now the seller updates the website to show that my order is in transit, and the last shipping update was May 6th. The company does not even have a legal and verifiable shipping website and/or shipping company for that matter. I really and truly feel that this company is a SCAM and they need to be reprimanded for such unjust activities. Order was placed on 4/12/2020. I got an e-mail on 4/16/2020 stating item has been shipped but I still have not received as of 5/19/2020. Shipping status & it’s been saying package is in Los Angeles, CA since 4/24... I contacted customer service & was told I could not receive a refund since the package is already in transit... I was given updated tracking information that shows my package is STILL in Los Angeles & has not been updated since 5/13/2020... Since I’m in the state of GA... Package will take another week or 2 to reach me from California...

I ordered a brush on 4/8/2020 and I was informed that it shipped on 4/14/2020. Based on the information received with the tracking number provided, my item allegedly arrived in CA on 4/27/2020 and completed customs processing. I haven’t received my item and the status has not been updated since. I’ve sent numerous emails to the seller and I keep getting conflicting information on the status of my item. They have sent several screenshots showing different dates for the status of my item. I’ve requested a refund and they sent a screenshot of they’re policy stating I couldn’t cancel the order but I can refuse the package whenever I receive it. Based on numerous negative reviews and posts on the company’s Facebook page, I am not the only one having this issue. At this point, I would like a refund ASAP!!!

I am rejecting this response because: First off I wasn’t aware that the item was being sent from China since the company is in OR, I would not have ordered it if I had known that. Second, I keep getting conflicting information on the status and whereabouts of my item. The link I was recently provided with states that the courier information is not valid so I’m not able to track the item. I’m attaching emails that have been sent to me since 4/8/2020. It’s going on 2 months since I’ve ordered the item and I am requesting a full refund. I ended up buying the same item off of Amazon and I received it in 2 days, and I received 2 items for what this company is charging for 1.
I’m still trying to understand how the tracking shows shipping information received in CA on 4/15 but the item was back being processed in China on 4/19??? The company wanted to give me a 20% refund then they offered a 25% refund. I haven’t received the item and no one knows where it is... I would like a 100% refund ASAP!!!

my issue was not with any of what they addressed in their response. It was solely with the lack of communication and the last I spoke with them the item was in the states. I’ve ordered several things since then and it has made it to me in a timely manner. It’s been well over 22 days and for there not to be any updates is beyond me. I’ll give them an opportunity to get this right however. I’m afraid that without the Revdex.com that my issue will go unnoticed and mishandle as it has been the past two months.

I am rejecting this response because: this is an excessive amount of time even taking in consideration corona. And in their response they mentioned replacement how can they replace something you don’t have in the first place! I just a brush to them but it was a necessity for me. I want the brush by this Friday or just refund me and if it shows up I will send it back!
