I am rejecting this response because: I included with my complaint a copy of my receipt My receipt clearly shows that the 15% discount was not deducted from my order total; as well, my receipt shows that I was charged $95/hr for labor cost, when I was told labor was $75/hr In addition, as per my receipt, even though you acknowledge I prepaid for my inspection cost, I was charged another inspection cost on my receipt. When this was brought to the owners attention, he decided to print out a new receipt, by increasing the cost of the parts, and increasing the labor hours, to come to the same total in which I was charged, which is illegal

have some of the repairs needed performed however she did not elect to do her tires. Pennsylvania is a Pass-Or-Fail state. For the safety inspection, we do not provide free re-inspection - customer only had some of the work needed to pass state inspection completed. We do provide free re-inspection if work is done here. Vehicle was brought in and repairs were completed as agreed. Customer was charged exact amount as originally quoted. Our invoicing system made an error on their invoice - it reduced the labor hours for the job and charged a higher per hour labor rate however total price remained the same - as originally quoted. We also include the price of the [redacted] on the invoice however it is prepaid and the customer was NOT charged any extra for the inspection. We explained situation to customer and offered to provide a corrected invoice for their records. We do not owe them any refund whatsoever. She was charged the exact amount as initially quoted and agreed upon.Sincerely,Alexander K[redacted] PresidentE-Z Automotive
