On the phone they tell you its a $ service fee to come out but they waive the fee if they do repairs and just charge for the repair What they don't tell you is that they dont charge by the hour like every company, the charge a $ flat fee When I called to complain they tell me they explain thats why they don't quote that to people on the phone Nice ***se ***
