? All patients sign a verification of my late cancel policy so they are aware of it? My office is not trying to bother [redacted], but trying to get her to rescheduled and then the late cancel would be waived? This is a courtesy of my office, she owes for the late cancel? The late cancel fee is $? Just like hotels, airlines, and other doctors offices, I must protect my business from patients that do not give us enough time to fill their spot? I keep meticulous records about these situations, and have documented the time and day that [redacted] late cancelled her hour visit? She owes for the late cancel?
