I am allergic to the Eyesential product I contacted the company several months ago to cancel the product I keep receiving the product and funds are deducted from my bank account I have repeatedly contacted the company and I am told that they have no record of me cancelling the product When I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm told that I am talking to one The person on the phone tells me to call another phone number and again I get no results $a month for the pass months is a lot of money I requested a refund and was told that I would get $ They must be kidding me

customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Skin Optics and the Eyessentials) on a 14 day trial basis back on 02/24/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $4.95. The trial expired on 03/09/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/09/2016 $89.95 for the Skin Optics and $86.95 for the Eyessentials. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 04/08/2016 the customer was charged again for the Skin Optics in the amount of $94.90 and for the Eyessentials in the amount of $92.90 for two more shipments that were sent out. Along with that on 05/08/2016 the customer was charged for the Skin Optics in the amount of $94.90, $92.90 for the Eyessentials, and shipped out two more products. To continue, the following month's 06/07/2016 through 07/07/2016 the customer was charged $94.90 each month for the Skin Optics and shipped out more product. Additionally, the months of 06/07/2016 through 10/07/2016 the customer was charged $92.90 each of these months for the Eyessentials and also shipped more products.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 10/07/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 75% courtesy refund of $69.67 for the Eyessentials charged on 10/07/2016 which the customer accepted. However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund for the charge on 10/07/2016 in the amount of $23.23, the charge on 09/07/2016 in the amount of $92.90, $92.90 charged on 08/07/2016, the charge on 07/07/2016 in the amount of $92.90 for the Eyessentials. We will also be refunding the full amount of $94.90 for the charge on 07/07/2016 for the Skin Optics.
