In March of 2019 I purchased a pair of glasses from Eyedocs Ottawa in Kanata. The sales person assured my that the glasses had a warranty and that if anything went wrong with them in the next two years to simply bring them back. By September one of the lenses had cracked. The glasses where not subjected to anything other than normal uses. In fact they were hardly used at all because I had a broken arm for two months during this period of time.

I brought the glasses back to the store, the same sales person who sold me the glasses told me that the glasses had no warranty and that the crack was a result of misuse on my part. The sales person was very condescending, emotionally abusive, and very angry. She told me I was lying both about her saying that the glasses had a warranty and how the crack formed.

After enduring much berating from the sales staff, they begrudgingly agreed to fix the glasses. I was without my glasses for a week while they fixed them.

Now the lens is cracked again. It is obvious that there is some defect in the glasses that is causing the lens the crack.

I don't want to have to deal with the sales staff again because I don't want to have to endure anymore of their bullying and abuse.
