Review: I own an optical and buy eyeglass frames from various retailers from all over the country. This is the only company, EYEDC/XIT (dba EyeFunk), for whom I have had a problem. I was issued a Cred Memo allowing me to return 3 pairs of "Blue Magic" eyewear but have never received a refund. I have left messages and emailed the owner and asking her to return the frames since she was not going to issue a credit. To date, I have received no response.There are 3 pairs of glasses that are in the possession of Eye Funk since 1/2014. 1) Item V7301-C1 BME V7301 BLK Metal Top/Metallic Pink Bottom ($125), 2) Item V7301-C2 BME V7301 Brown Metal Top/Light Brown Metal Bottom ($125), and 3) Item V6300-C2# BME V6300 Shiny DK Havana Plastic/Dk Matt BLK Metal Cat Eye ($160). As per the credit memo dated 1/13/2014 (Return Authorization# 22208), we should have been sent $410. At the very least, we would like to have our frames back if they will not honor their word.Desired Settlement: Please have them issue us $410 or return the 3 pairs of glasses in their possession.
