Review: My husband and I went to EyeCo in the [redacted] and both had eye exams on Feb. 15, 2016. When checking out we were told that the bill was $220, and it was paid via debit card. We walked out and was followed by the receptionist saying that we over paid. I was told that my first transaction would be "voided" and so she ran my card again for $200. This transaction totaled to $420 for 2 eye exams. I was very patient and watched my bank account online every day waiting for the money to be returned from the first transaction. After a week I called the eye doctor and let them know the situation. I was told that she would look into it and call me back. I never received a phone call or voicemail. So I waited another 5 days and called again. I was told the same thing with the same result of no returned phone call. I then left several voicemails that were not returned. On March 10th my patience ran out and I called again and talked to Dr. [redacted]. Several times I was told that there was nothing that they could do and to contact my bank. On March 12th I went in with my bank statement showing that my account was debited $420. Once again was told that nothing could be done about this matter. Dr. [redacted] would not talk to me in person.Desired Settlement: Refund of $220.
