lens of glasses have writing on was told would be replaced now I am just getting the run around nobody knows anything and wont call me back
ordered glasses when I got there was and is letters on the lenses and I was told that they would be replaced waited 2+ weeks again then they said they were made wrong and would be reordered waited 2+ weeks again no call I called the store and after 7min wait was told they would call me back with an answer and have not I think they just thought I would go away and live with having to look at these letters which look like blurs or smudges when I have on and I don't know what else to do am not getting any help from them I have had glasses for 40 yrs and this is the worst experience EVER
if they cant fix or replace i would like back money to go to a store that can and has helpful employees
Hey Steve, we sincerely apologize about the miscommunication & lack of follow up on this order. From what I can see there was some confusion that occurred as this all occurred the same weekend as we went through a major computer conversion. That's no excuse, but that looks like where we probably dropped the ball on following up on this.
I'm working with the *** Store Manager to make sure we follow up with you on this, and to get a resolution for you. While not common, this does happen occasionally where we have some progressive lenses that have abnormally noticeable markings. These markings are in all lenses, and typically not easily visible, but occasionally they are..and when that occurs we will just do a no cost replacement for you.
I will have one of our managers at the *** office reach out to you to get this resolved right away.
Again, I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. But thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can get a solution for you!

I just want glasses that I can stand to wear its been months. I can give them a chance to make it better but I will be back if not helped in a timely manner.
I would like to reopen this. I have not heard a thing from them after the promise I would be contacted. as far as I am concerned I am done with their poor customer service and will not be back. my wife and daughter both wear glasses and were going to go there but after this they went elsewhere and are very happy with their experience. expensive lesson for me and I am making sure to tell everyone I can about my experience with this so called customer based store.
they have fixed the problem just didn't bother with contacting me until the fix was ready. I am done and happy with them but will never go back. thanks for the help if not for this format I think they would of just ignored me till I gave up.
